RETURN POLICY (FOR SALE THRU ONLINE PORTAL OF KROSS BIKES ONLY)

If  product received is not as per the specifications ordered ONLINE i.e.,

• Wrong Size,
• Defective,
• Damaged,
• Significantly different from the description given

- We will also not be able to accept the return if product

Ø  Is used /worn or altered,

Ø  Physical damage to the box or to the product,

Ø  If returned without original packaging and accessories,

Ø  Serial number is tampered.

• If product is received in a damaged condition or  any item or part is missing, Please mail us at customer.care@krossbikes.in within 24 hours from receiving of order.

WARRANTY POLICY

For Frame, against manufacturing defect only for One Year

For Fork , against manufacturing defect only for Six Month

For Rubber, Plastic  & other transmission parts, there is no warranty
