We at Kross Bikes are committed to your satisfaction!

If you purchased your Kross Bike directly from our website (krossbikes.in) within the last 10 days, you could apply for replacement under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defect or transit damage:  If your bike has a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly accept your replacement.
  • Our Mistake:  Did we accidentally send you the wrong style or color? We'll take care of it!

 

How to apply for replacement:

  1. Contact Us: For these reasons (manufacturing defect or our mistake), reach out to us immediately at onlineshop@krossbikes.in and we'll work on a solution.
  2. Authorization for Other Reasons: If your reason for replacement falls outside the above, email onlineshop@krossbikes.in explaining why you'd like to replace the bike. Once approved, they'll provide replacement instructions.
  3. Replacement Requirements: Please replacement the bike in its original packaging using a traceable shipping method.

 Important Notes:

  • Please include a detailed note that includes your Name, Address, Mobile Number, E-Mail address and reason for the replacement along with your original order number.
  • Please send your package via a traceable delivery service only.
  • Kross Bikes do not cover the cost of replacing the product
  • If you believe that the Kross Bike you received is defective, please email onlineshop@krossbikes.in so we can determine the defect and issue you a credit or send you replacement parts or product. Ordering the wrong size is not considered an error. Please make sure the size is matched according to the size chart provided on the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been made.

 For Fork , against manufacturing defect only for Six Month

 For Rubber, Plastic  & other transmission parts, there is no warranty
