Kross Bikes offers Free Delivery Service on its cycles. You can expect delivery of your purchased cycles within 10 days of order confirmation from us with the following terms and conditions:

• The free delivery offer is only applicable when the order includes cycle
• Orders consisting only of accessories are not covered under free delivery
• Delivery time of 10 days doesn’t cover Northeast and Kashmir
• Kross Bikes reserves the right to end this offer anytime and modify the terms and conditions without prior notice
• Kross Bikes has the right to reschedule the delivery time as per products availability and feasibility

Q- How much do I have to pay for Shipping?

Ans. Shipping charge of Rs. 49/- is applied if your order value is below Rs. 499. FREE SHIPPING is available on prepaid order value above INR 499.

Q- How much time will it take to deliver my order?

Ans. The time of delivery depends on the customer address or pin code. Usually, it takes between 1-10 days from nearest to farthest delivery location.

Q- Is my order or item returnable?

Ans. Sorry! We don't have any return policy. We can Replace the product as per the terms in our Replacement policy

Q- If I cancel or not receive my order, will I receive a refund and when?

Ans. Sorry! We don't have any refund policy. If the courier is unable to deliver the order to your address, refund will be processed immediately.
