Cancellation Policy

The order cannot be cancelled once the cycle has been dispatched. If a cancellation request is received before delivery, 10% of the total order value will be deducted towards screening, inspection, and workmanship charges incurred for preparing and processing the cycle before dispatch.
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery at the time of delivery, the applicable logistics/transportation charges, calculated based on the distance, will be deducted. In addition, 10% of the total order value will be deducted towards return transportation and processing charges associated with the refused delivery.
